St Helens Driving Occupational Health Hazards Forum Tuesday 12th October

No matter the size of your business, the benefits from managing work-realted road safety can be considerable. The true costs of accidents to organisations are nearly always higher than just the costs of repairs and insurance claims. The consequences of an accident on the self-employed and small businesses are likely to be proportionately greater than on a larger business with greater resources. Safer driving also saves you money by reducing wear and tear, lowering insurance costs and most importantly, reducing fuel costs. Expert speakers and local businesses will be highlighting how safer driving is good for business. There will also be some fun elements to the event when we complete some practical activities. The Health and Safety forum has been set up as a network for local businesses to get together to address health and safety issues and get access to sources of advice and support. All local businesses are welcome to attend.
